Ramsauer 325 Brandschutz Hybrid – Hybrid sealant for fire protection joints and connection joints
Ramsauer 325 Brandschutz Hybrid is a high-quality hybrid sealant on an MS polymer basis, developed specifically for applications with increased fire protection requirements. Thanks to its intumescent, flame-retardant properties, the sealant is excellently suited to sealing connection, movement and expansion joints indoors and outdoors. It meets the highest requirements for safety, durability and workmanship quality.
The odour-neutral, low-emission hybrid sealant is ideal for connection joints on window and door frames, facades, panels as well as expansion and butt joints in precast concrete construction. Thanks to its excellent adhesion profile, Ramsauer 325 Brandschutz Hybrid adheres even to damp substrates and ensures permanently secure, elastic seals.
The silicone-free material is water-resistant immediately after application, cures virtually shrinkage-free and impresses with its excellent UV and weather resistance. The combination of tested fire protection quality, high elasticity and easy application makes this hybrid sealant the optimal solution for demanding construction projects in the commercial and private sector.
