Product description

Our anti-mould spray is an aqueous hypochlorite solution that reliably and permanently removes mould, fungus, algae and mildew. The spray is ready to use and has a disinfecting effect to ensure a clean, hygienic substrate.

Areas of application

The anti-mould spray is excellently suited for substrate pre-treatment when renovating joints affected by mould. It is a special agent against mould, fungus, mildew and algae infestation and can be used on various surfaces such as tile joints, elastic joints and walls in living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms and cellars, as well as a protective agent for masonry, terraces and facades.

Standards and tests

The OTTO anti-mould spray is registered in accordance with the German and Austrian Biocide Acts (product type 2, BAuA reg. no.: N - 12215). Please use the OTTO anti-mould spray carefully and always read the label and product information before use.

Application notes

Spray the anti-mould spray directly onto the existing infestation from a distance of approx. 5–10 cm. Do not remove the mould beforehand. An effect is already visible after a few minutes. In the case of heavy infestation, repeat the spraying process after 10 minutes. Wash off elastic joints and tiles with plenty of water after approx. 10 minutes. The contents of a 500 ml spray bottle are sufficient for approx. 16 m².

Due to its bleaching action, colour changes may occur on textiles, carpets, wallpaper and woods. If necessary, carry out a test application on an inconspicuous spot. Wash off sensitive surfaces immediately.

After each use, unscrew the spray gun, spray it through with clean water and reseal the container with its original closure. During application, be mindful of your clothing and sensitive surfaces nearby.

Given the many possible influences during processing and application, the user should always carry out a trial application first. Consumption is approx. 30–100 ml/m² depending on the infestation.
