OTTOSEAL® A 250 is a high-quality acrylic sealant developed specifically for sealing joints and seams in the roof area. It is immediately rainproof, bitumen-compatible and adheres even to damp substrates. This makes it perfect for demanding exterior applications, providing long-lasting protection against the weather. It also forms a barrier between bituminous building materials and subsequently applied silicone sealants.

Areas of application

• Sealing joints and seams in the roof area (e.g. on chimneys, metal profiles and parapet copings)
• Sealing bituminous coverings to masonry, concrete etc.
• Barrier between bituminous building materials and subsequently applied silicone sealant
• Sealing corrugated roof sheets made of fibre cement, metal, PVC, polyester and bitumen
