OTTOSEAL® S 10 – The glass construction silicone for professional applications
Product description
OTTOSEAL® S 10 is a high-quality, neutral-curing one-part silicone sealant on an oxime basis. It is excellently suited for seals in glass construction, offers excellent adhesion to various materials and is UV- and weather-resistant. The product is MEKO-free and non-corrosive to unprotected metal surfaces.
Areas of application
- Sealing connection and expansion joints in building construction
- Weather-resistant sealing on glass facades, sloped glazing and conservatories
- Jointing on glass elements and timber-glass composite elements
- Installation of X-ray protection glass
Properties
- Compatible with PVB films – suitable for laminated safety glass
- Very good weather, ageing and UV resistance
- Excellent adhesion to many substrates, often without primer
- High notch and tear resistance
- Non-corrosive to unprotected metal surfaces

- Tested to EN 15651 – Part 1: F EXT-INT CC 25 LM
- Tested to EN 15651 – Part 2: G CC 25 LM
- Tested fire behaviour to EN 13501: Class E
