OTTOPUR OP 920 is a two-component PU adapter foam characterised by particularly fast curing. It is universally applicable and offers excellent thermal insulation and very good sound insulation. Ideal for a variety of installation and insulation applications, both indoors and outdoors.

Areas of application:

• Installation and insulation of door frames and window frames made of wood, steel or plastic in masonry
• Installation of wooden stair treads
• Installation of acrylic and steel tubs (shower trays, bathtubs)
• Joining well and shaft rings in manholes and domestic sewage treatment systems
• Bonding polystyrene rigid foam boards as perimeter insulation to DIN 4108-2

Properties:

• Very fast curing
• Cuttable after approx. 9 minutes
• Brace removal after approx. 30 minutes
• Fully load-bearing after approx. 3 hours
• Foam yield up to 12 litres per 400 ml can
• 60 dB sound insulation to EN ISO 717-1
• 0.026 W/mK insulation value to DIN 52612
