Allcon 10 construction adhesive – the original
Weather-resistant per DIN EN 204 D4, test report available, bonds virtually all materials, one-component, easy handling, solvent-free, ageing-resistant, resistant to many chemicals, frost-proof, natural stone compatible, GEV-EMICODE® EC 1Plus – very low emission.
Areas of application
- Bonding skirting boards and metal thresholds
- Fixing covers
- For installing cable ducts
- For levelling minor unevenness
- For repairing torn-out screws, hinges etc.
- For gluing wood
- Bonding foam (EPS), e.g. bath supports and insulating materials
- The applications are almost unlimited
Not suitable for glass, surfaces containing bitumen or wax, PE, PP, PA, EPDM, PTFE and underwater bonding. Due to the wide variety of paint and coating qualities, a compatibility test is recommended before painting over. The paint must be elastic enough to allow application on this product.

- Curing: approx. 3 mm of Allcon10 per 24 hours; for full-surface bonding approx. 70% cured after 7 to 10 minutes – 100% after 30 to 45 minutes
- Base: polyurethane, moisture-curing

- Tested: test report to DIN EN 204 D4 (waterproof gluing), per WATT 91 (+80° C)
- Odour: low odour
- Shelf life: approx. 10 months once opened, approx. 1½ years unopened
- Skin formation time: approx. 3 minutes at standard climate (+23° C/50% relative humidity)
- Storage: dry, at room temperature
- Gap bridging: approx. 1.0 cm
- Temperature: resistant from -40° C to +80° C (short-term +120° C)
- Workable: from +5° C to max. +40° C
